We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Defining, evolving and implementing OpenClassrooms’ Architectural Principles
Researching global technology trends and their applicability to OpenClassrooms’ capabilities
Working cross-functionally with teams inside OpenClassrooms and influence decision making within senior-level audiences
Representing OpenClassrooms at technology conferences and at executive level customer engagements
Maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors
Promoting a positive work environment; select and train new team members; continuously provide feedback, mentoring, and coaching to existing team members
Managing a small IT Team

At least 4 years experience in a similar position and 10 years experience in Technology
Experience in running a 24×7 high-availability operation with proven success building out processes at Internet-scale
Extensive experience in Application Architecture such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design
Strong experience in Cloud infrastructure, Security and database management
Experience in supporting Business and Sales teams
Deep knowledge of the latest technologies and engineering trends, tools and platforms including the Software development lifecycle
Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be personable yet persistent
Passion for technology and communications, well-versed on the latest trends
